Menthra Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using Menthra's platform, including our AI companions, licensed therapist services, and all related features. By using Menthra, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy exists to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all users, providers, and the Menthra community.

As a user of Menthra, you agree that you will not:

• •Use Menthra to harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate any person, including other users, therapists, or Menthra staff.
• •Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or "jailbreak" the AI companions to produce harmful, dangerous, or inappropriate content.
• •Impersonate any person, organization, or entity, including Menthra employees, therapists, or other users.
• •Use the platform to distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Menthra's systems or other users' accounts.
• •Share, distribute, or publicly post private conversations, therapist notes, or any content obtained through Menthra without the explicit consent of all involved parties.
• •Use Menthra as a substitute for emergency medical services. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline immediately.
• •Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with Menthra's platform without prior written authorization.
• •Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

Licensed therapists and other providers using the Menthra platform agree to the following additional requirements:

• •Maintain active and valid licensure in all jurisdictions where you provide services through Menthra.
• •Adhere to all applicable professional ethical standards and codes of conduct established by your licensing board.
• •Protect client confidentiality at all times and comply with HIPAA and all applicable privacy regulations.
• •Do not access, use, or disclose client data for any purpose other than providing clinical care through the Menthra platform.
• •Report any suspected security incidents, data breaches, or policy violations to Menthra immediately.

The following rules apply to all content created, uploaded, or shared through Menthra:

• •You retain ownership of the content you create within Menthra, including journal entries and personal notes.
• •You may not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• •Menthra reserves the right to remove content that violates this policy or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the safety of any individual.
• •Data exported from Menthra remains subject to applicable privacy laws and may not be used in ways that would violate the rights of other users or providers.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in actions including but not limited to: a warning, temporary suspension of your account, permanent termination of your account, or reporting to appropriate authorities. Menthra reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this policy. If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us immediately.
