Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making mental health support accessible to everyone.

Last updated: March 2026

Our Commitment

Menthra is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all people, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to mental health support, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and applications for all users. Accessibility is not an afterthought at Menthra — it is a core principle that guides our design and development process.

Standards

Menthra strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and represent the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. WCAG 2.1 AA covers a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

What We Do

To ensure and maintain accessibility, Menthra takes the following measures:

  • We use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks throughout our platform to ensure compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
  • All interactive elements are fully keyboard-navigable, and we maintain visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
  • We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios across all text, icons, and interactive elements to meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast requirements.
  • All images, icons, and non-text content include descriptive alt text or are marked as decorative where appropriate.
  • Our platform supports text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality, and our layouts are fully responsive across device sizes.
  • We conduct regular automated and manual accessibility audits using tools such as axe, Lighthouse, and manual screen reader testing with NVDA and VoiceOver.
  • We provide accessibility training to our design and engineering teams to ensure accessibility is considered from the earliest stages of feature development.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of Menthra may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of these limitations and are actively working to address them. Some areas that may present challenges include real-time chat interfaces, certain third-party embedded content, and newly released features that are still undergoing accessibility review. We aim to resolve identified issues as quickly as possible and prioritize accessibility fixes in our development roadmap.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Menthra. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty using any part of our platform with assistive technology, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at privacy@menthra.ai. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will do our best to respond within five business days.

Third-Party Content

Menthra may include content or integrations from third-party providers. While we strive to only work with partners who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all third-party content meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. If you encounter accessibility issues with third-party content on our platform, please let us know and we will work with the provider to address the issue or provide an accessible alternative.

Enforcement

This accessibility statement is made in alignment with the following laws and standards:

  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act: Menthra does not discriminate on the basis of disability and ensures that individuals with disabilities have equal access to our programs and services.
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Menthra is committed to compliance with the ADA, ensuring that our digital services are accessible to individuals with disabilities as required under Titles II and III.
  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA: We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA as our benchmark for accessibility. Our goal is to meet or exceed these guidelines across all areas of our platform.

If you believe that Menthra is not meeting its accessibility obligations, you may contact us at privacy@menthra.ai or file a complaint with the appropriate enforcement agency.
